I’ve been floating for just over a year now and I feel like my experiences just keep getting better.

I can now set goals to really try and get what I want or feel I need from the float. In the pod, you can deal with current thoughts, find new thoughts or even get to the point where you are beyond needing to think at all — almost like you’re meditating without trying.

With the water supporting you, your body has zero stress on any achy joints or muscles. I’ve used floating to unwind and relax after a tough day at work, to recover from sports injuries and now to better organize and understand my own thought processes.
